The Person Behind Our Pages
Over the last half
century, head shops and tobacco shops have become part of the American hippie counterculture.
Millions of people purchase tobacco, cannabis, and CBD related products daily.
The willingness to spend money on products that enhance consumers smoking
experience occurred largely because of the cannabis culture and
decriminalization of marijuana across the U.S. The boom of CBD oil to treat
pain, anxiety, and other afflictions have also played a role in the specialty
smoke shop industry continuing to grow at a strong pace. 18 year olds coming of
age, 50 year old long time smokers, and CBD users ranging in ages - these
represent only a few of the many market segments to target. Social media can be
used to observe, interact, engage, and influence these market segments. These
actions will help attract and retain customers as Head North patrons. Embracing
social media efforts, customer service management via social media, and
integrating it into our business will provide profit and improve company performance, if employed properly. Posting
relevant content and assessing feedback from customers will be only two of the
many things social media will help us do.
